Summer started in May this year with all the beautiful weather and the whole country on holiday due to ‘Lockdown’.
We had a wonderful weekend away in a little oriental style holiday cottage on the premises. It was an experience we must repeat sometime.
The first night, I prepared a quiche and completely home grown green salad.
The second night, Peter BBQ’d… the fish hid under a lily leaf! As it happened, it was chicken kebabbed on sticks, not fish.
